Sage Cover for Payroll provides the Year End update which you will need to complete Payroll Year End. It also includes any other legislation updates (e.g. the new NI band which was introduced at the start of the 2009/10 tax year) and also maintenance updates which means you receive free software updates, covering product improvements for the duration of the contract i.e. from v12 to v12.1. It does NOT cover software version upgrades i.e. v12 to v13. For payroll software upgrades to the next version includied with Cover you need to buy Sage Cover Extra.
