You can also contact Sage by email with your queries and request product specific information from Sage's Knowledge Database which has over 800 technical reports and FAQ's. The database can also be accessed online from the Sage website.
Ask A Question - You can also ask questions online and get simple, jargon-free answers in seconds. There are over 9,000 solutions already written by the Sage Technical Support team.
Sage Cover provides maintenance updates which means you receive free software updates, covering product improvements or legislation updates for the duration of the contract i.e. from v11 to v11.1 it does NOT cover software version upgrades i.e. v11 to v12.
Extra information is also available in a quarterly magazine, monthly e-newsletter for accounts and payroll Cover members and there is a wealth of information in the Sage Cover web site.
