The charge listed is for ACT! technical support over the phone (including a remote dial-in session if required) for 1 incident up to 30 minutes duration.

Additional remote ACT! by Sage support is available at £60 per hour or part thereof if required.

We'll advise you when you order your ACT! support and tell us what the issue is as to how long it should take to fix.
