Placing an order: Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card and debit card payment or cheques. We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Switch and Solo. If you pay by credit or debit card your card will be debited online using Paypal or you can phone and pay by card over the phone which will also be processed through Paypal.

If you want to pay by cheque, please print an extra copy of your receipt and post it to us with your cheque. We will send you a receipted invoice by return. We reserve the right to accept, refuse or limit your order for any reason, including, but not limited to, the unavailability of a product or errors in the prices and products descriptions posted on this web site.

Input errors: You can correct input errors at any stage prior to completing the checkout process. If you subsequently discover an error, you must email a correction to sales@site4.co.uk. Amendments to orders can be accepted before we have instructed our warehouse to ship goods.

Cancellation: You may cancel an order at any stage prior to us instructing our warehouse to ship goods.

Please note: we operate a very short turnround, and most shipping instructions are placed within a few hours of receiving your order.

All orders shall be deemed to be an offer by the customer to purchase goods pursuant to these conditions. Nothing contained in this website or in these terms and conditions shall be an offer which is capable of being accepted by a customer or by any other person or of being in any way binding on Site4 Systems Ltd. Acceptance by Site4 Systems Ltd of an offer by a Customer shall take effect on the dispatch of the goods ordered.

Shipping & Handling: We charge the following shipping and handling rates for the mainland UK per order for products that require physical delivery. Rates start from £4.25 for individual CDs to £25 for full systems.

Shipping charges will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

There is no shipping or handling charge where goods are delivered electronically.

Delivery Schedule: The clock starts running on receipt of payment. You should expect to receive goods requiring physical delivery within 3- 5 working days. If you order more than one item your order may be shipped to you in more than one consignment.

All deliveries will need to be signed for and we will assume that any person at the delivery address whom claims identity of the buyer or the buyers buyer is authorised to accept the goods and sign the proof of delivery documentation.

If we are unable to deliver, due to incorrect address details provided by the customer, customer is not present at the time of delivery or any other fault caused by the customer, then the customer shall be responsible for all costs incurred by us in appropriately securing the goods.

Unless otherwise stated, delivery will be made to you during the hours of 8am-6pm, Monday-Friday.

The customer will report, non-delivery to us within 3 working days after which time delivery will be assumed to have been completed.

Software licence codes and/ or files required to upgrade from evaluation versions to full product will be emailed to you, usually within one working day.

Where software is to be delivered electronically (i.e. is available as a download), full instructions will be emailed to you, usually within one working day.

Customers ordering web hosting will be contacted within one working day to start arranging the hosting.

Back Orders: If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges: We accept orders from the UK and VAT at 17.5% is added to all orders.

Security: We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet integrated with PayPal, who act as our online payment provider and as such deal with the credit card transaction for us.

Guarantee: Software is supplied "as is". We make no warranty as to the suitability of the software and other products for your purposes.

Information about the products has been obtained from the manufacturer and is publicly available, it is provided "as is" and in good faith, but does not constitute a warranty. All software sales are subject to the software manufacturer's EULA (End User Licence Agreement) and limitation of liabilities.

Guarantee: Hardware. We make every effort to ensure the goods supplied correspond with samples, specifications or descriptions provided to the customer. We are not responsible for slight variations in product colour, design features and no such variation shall entitle you to cancel or make any claim against us.

All hardware is warranted for 12 months unless otherwise stated from the Start Date. In the event that a warranted fault is experienced with hardware please call us on 0845 4024828 or email warranty@site4.co.uk and provide details of the fault/symptoms. This will be assessed by an advisor or engineer either from Site4 or a third party and if necessary a return of the goods shall be arranged to the manufacturer (cost of return shall be the responsibility of the customer).

Where the hardware manufacturer has offered an extended warranty (beyond 12 months) the warranty period after 12 months from the start date only covers 1hr labour only unless otherwise stated.

Where goods carry manufacturers warranty it is the buyers responsibility to liase directly with the manufacturer.

The Warranty Start Date is the date of delivery or collection of hardware product(s).

We are not responsible or liable for any electronic data or applications stored on products purchased and/or returned under warranty.

Where the customer returns hardware due to a fault, but the fault is not apparent or found to be software related we or our suppliers shall charge the customer at our current hourly rate, for all work carried out to assess the product.

Where On Site warranty for a computer has been paid for the customer should call the contact number provided on the On Site Warranty and liase directly with the third party engineers supplying the warranty.

The third party supplier or engineers will record the customer details, upgrade/repair requirements and arrange for a qualified PC engineer to discuss the requirements with the customer by telephone in order to establish possible parts requirements.

The third party supplier/ engineers and customer will agree a suitable appointment date/time for an engineer to visit. This agreement of this appointment will be deemed an acceptance of terms for this service and shall constitute an order for the Onsite Service at the agreed rate. The third party supplier/ engineers shall despatch an engineer at a suitable time to arrive at the customer's site on (or near to) the agreed time.

The On Site warranty service for a computer includes 1hr of the engineer's time onsite. Any additional labour or parts costs will be agreed with the customer prior to continuing beyond the first hour or fitting/replacing parts. Additional hours onsite are charged at the third party engineers/suppliers current rate per hour. On completion, the engineer will present the customer with an Engineers Report/Invoice upon which payment will be due.

Privacy Policy: We do not disclose buyers' information to third parties, other than to effect delivery of goods. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. Data collected by this site is used to:
a. Take and fulfill customer orders
b. Administer and enhance the site and service
c. Deliver goods

Refunds and returns: We strongly recommend that, wherever possible, you ensure that you take advantage of trial or evaluation software before purchasing. Software licences once sold, cannot be returned.

Where delivery of product or licence files has been made electronically, no refunds will be made once such files, codes or instructions have been despatched.

All hardware orders must be returned in the original packaging and original condition within 7 days for a refund to be obtained. We charge a restocking fee of £25 for hardware orders that are returned. The customer is responsible for the security and cost of shipping any returned hardware goods to us. For computer orders if the software license has been activated, both the computer and software cannot be returned for a refund.
