The products and services advertised on this site are intended for UK business use only, and not for consumers, or individuals under 18 years of age.

Placing an order: Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card and debit card payment or cheques. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa Electron, Discover and Solo. If you pay by credit or debit card your card will be debited online using Paypal or you can phone and pay by card over the phone which will also be processed through Paypal.

If you want to pay by cheque, please print an extra copy of your receipt and post it to us with your cheque. We will send you a receipted invoice by return. We reserve the right to accept, refuse or limit your order for any reason, including, but not limited to, the unavailability of a product or errors in the prices and products descriptions posted on this web site.

Input errors: You can correct input errors at any stage prior to completing the checkout process. If you subsequently discover an error, you must email a correction to sales@site4.co.uk. Amendments to orders can be accepted before we have instructed our warehouse to ship goods or prior to delivery of product or licence files electronically.

Cancellation for goods: You may cancel an order for goods at any stage prior to us instructing our warehouse to ship goods or where delivery of product or licence files has been made electronically, no refunds will be made once such files, codes or instructions have been despatched.

Please note: we operate a very short turnround, and most shipping instructions are placed within a few hours of receiving your order.

Cancellation for Sage classroom training course orders run by Sage: You may cancel an order for Sage classroom training courses run by Sage at any stage prior to us booking your Sage classroom training courses / buying your training passport from Sage.

Cancellation for Site4 Bite Size classroom training course orders: If notification is received 28 days or more in advance of the scheduled date of the course, 50% of the fee already paid will be refunded.

In respect of notifications of cancellation received less than 28 working days in advance of the scheduled date of the course, there can be no refund.

For telephone orders: We will take your order over the phone and payment and will send you a Sales Order Confirmation and our Terms and Conditions. Once you have replied to the email to confirm the order is correct we will instruct our warehouse to ship goods or where delivery of product or licence files has been made electronically, no refunds will be made once such files, codes or instructions have been despatched.

Rescheduling charges for Site4 Bite Size classroom training courses:

For requests received 28 working days or more in advance of the scheduled date there is no rescheduling charge.

For notification given between 14 and 27 working day inclusive before the course date, a charge of £50 (+VAT) per course will be charged to reschedule.

For requests to reschedule received less than 14 working days before the course there shall be no refund and the full rate will apply in relation to the rescheduled date.

In the event of non attendance where payment has been received there shall be no refund and the full rate will apply in relation to the rescheduled date.

.Rescheduling charges for Sage classroom training courses run by Sage: There shall be no refund and the full rate will apply in relation to the rescheduled date unless Sage agree in writing with Site4 that they are willing to reschedule the course booking, in which case the fee payable will be determined by Site4.

All orders shall be deemed to be an offer by the customer to purchase goods pursuant to these conditions. Nothing contained in this website or in these terms and conditions shall be an offer which is capable of being accepted by a customer or by any other person or of being in any way binding on Site4 Systems Ltd. Acceptance by Site4 Systems Ltd of an offer by a Customer shall take effect on the dispatch of the goods ordered or for classroom training courses run by Sage when we have booked the course with Sage. In respect of Site4 Bite Size classroom training courses acceptance shall take effect when we send an email advising the course has been booked.

Shipping & Handling: We charge the following shipping and handling rates for the mainland UK per order for products that require physical delivery. Rates start from £6.50 for individual CDs to £12 for heavier items.

Shipping charges will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

There is no shipping or handling charge where goods are delivered electronically.

Delivery Schedule: The clock starts running on receipt of payment. You should expect to receive goods requiring physical delivery within 1 - 3 working days for Sage orders, allow up to 5 working days for other goods. If you order more than one item your order may be shipped to you in more than one consignment.

All deliveries will need to be signed for and we will assume that any person at the delivery address whom claims identity of the buyer or the buyers buyer is authorised to accept the goods and sign the proof of delivery documentation.

If we are unable to deliver, due to incorrect address details provided by the customer, customer is not present at the time of delivery or any other fault caused by the customer, then the customer shall be responsible for all costs incurred by us in appropriately securing the goods.

Unless otherwise stated, delivery will be made to you during the hours of 8am-6pm, Monday-Friday.

The customer will report, non-delivery to us within 3 working days after which time delivery will be assumed to have been completed.

Software licence codes and/ or files required to upgrade from evaluation versions to full product will be emailed to you, usually within one working day.

Where software is to be delivered electronically (i.e. is available as a download), full instructions will be emailed to you, usually within 1 hour for Sage software during Monday to Friday 9am-3pm and 1-2 working days for other manufacturers.

Customers ordering web hosting will be contacted within 1 working day to start arranging the hosting.

Customers booking training courses will be contacted within 1 working day to confirm the booking or arrange an alternative date.

Back Orders: If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges: We accept orders from the UK and VAT at 20% is added to all orders.

Security: We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet integrated with PayPal, who act as our online payment provider and as such deal with the credit card transaction for us.

Guarantee: Software is supplied "as is". We make no warranty as to the suitability of the software and other products for your purposes. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to satisfy themselves as to the suitability of any software product prior to purchase.

Information about the products has been obtained from the manufacturer and is publicly available, it is provided "as is" and in good faith, but does not constitute a warranty. All software sales are subject to the software manufacturer's EULA (End User Licence Agreement) and limitation of liabilities.

Where goods carry manufacturers warranty it is the buyers responsibility to liase directly with the manufacturer.

Privacy Policy: We do not disclose buyers' information to third parties, other than to effect delivery of goods. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. Data collected by this site is used to:
a. Take and fulfill customer orders
b. Administer and enhance the site and service
c. Deliver goods

Remittance terms: Our remittance terms are payment with order.

Refunds and returns: We strongly recommend that, wherever possible, you ensure that you take advantage of trial or evaluation software before purchasing. Software licences once sold, cannot be returned.

Where delivery of product or licence files has been made electronically, no refunds will be made once such files, codes or instructions have been despatched. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have downloaded the software, failure to do so will not constitute a reason for cancelling the order and obtaining a refund.

For standard stationery orders if you order the wrong goods, we will exchange them for your corrected order, after we have received the original goods (carriage and handling paid) in original condition. If the goods you want are more expensive than those you ordered, we will charge you the difference and if the goods you wanted cost less than the ones you ordered, we will refund the difference, subject to reserving the right to charge a restocking fee up to 50% of the original price All replacement goods are subject to our normal shipping charges. To arrange a return please email sales@site4.co.uk for a RMA number and returns address. Only goods returned with a RMA number supplied by Site4 for that order and signed for by Site4 at the address on the RMA when they are returned will be accepted. We are unable to offer a refund on bespoke stationery orders.

Venue and date changes made by Site4 for Bite Size training courses: In the unlikely event that Site4 has to cancel a training course including but not limited to where course numbers are below the recommended class size, a tutor is ill or a venue becomes unexpectedly unavailable, Site4 may cancel that course and will offer you a choice of alternative dates. If these dates are not suitable for you and you choose to withdraw Site4 will provide a full refund of the course fee paid for that day. This refund of the course fee will be the full extent of the liability incurred by Site4.
