The charge listed is for Sage technical support on the phone (including a remote dial-in session if required) for 1 incident up to 1 hour duration.

Additional remote Sage support is available at £60 per hour or part thereof if required.

We'll advise you when you order your Sage support and tell us what the issue is as to how long it should take to fix.
