services we offer a fully managed outsourced payroll bureau
service for businesses across the UK with the majority of our clients
based locally in the North West of England (Lancashire, Merseyside,
Manchester and North Cheshire) in the Leyland, Chorley, Blackburn,
Wigan and Preston area. As the payroll data is transmitted electronically
there is no practical restriction on where you are based in the
UK.
We can run your payroll for you on a weekly, monthly, fortnightly
or 4 weekly basis. Our payroll bureau
services start from only £1 a payslip per payroll run.
Minimum charge applies. Our payroll bureau service is available
for for businesses of all sizes, from start up businesses with 1
employee through to larger businesses with 100's of employees.
Your payroll will be processed accurately, confidentially and on
time every time using Sage payroll software that is approved by
the HMRC run by our fully trained and experienced staff.
The payroll figure for all employees includes calculations for
all pay and deductions including where applicable income tax, national
insurance, statutory sick pay, statutory maternity pay, statutory
paternity pay, statutory adoption pay, student loan repayments etc.
Our Payroll Bureau prices include:

Receiving payroll input (hours and rates from the client)

Calculating the gross pay for each employee

Applying contractual and statutory deductions to arrive at
net pay

Supplying net pay and PAYE figures to the client - (A payroll
report for the employer each payroll run showing the hours,
basic rate, any bonuses, gross and net pay for each employee
sent by email.)

Supplying payslips in an agreed format and medium showing the
hours, basic rate, any bonuses, gross and net pay for each employee

Electronic submission of data to HMRC as required

Completion of Payroll Year End processing to HMRC timescale.
Payroll Year End processing costs the same as one payroll run.

Processing of new Starters and Leavers including online filing
of P45 and P46 (In Year Forms) to HMRC. (An extra charge may
apply depending on the number of Starters and Leavers in a period
compared to the initial number of employees on the payroll run.)
